Winds of Evil is the 41st episode of Action League Now!. It first premiered on the Kablam episode, Takes a Knockin and Keeps Tick-Tockin on November 27, 1999.

Plot

The episode begins with The Chief and his wife on a date in a boat in the kitchen sink. While The Chief enjoys his date, his wife gets seasick. A freak windstorm then blows The Chief onto the floor, where he gets hit by a toolbox. The cause of this windstorm is none other than The Mayor, who is controlling a fan.

At Action Headquarters, Thundergirl, The Flesh, and Meltman apologize to Stinky Diver for missing his party last night, hoping he didn't put too much work into it. Stinky denies all the hard work on his party. Meltman and Thundergirl make excuses, but The Flesh reveals the real reason they didn't go; Stinky's house is a toilet and smells like you-know-what. An offended Stinky then yells that he's never inviting the rest of the League into his house again. At first, this sound is music to the others' ears. Suddenly, the Chief appears with a bandaged head and with his arm in a sling. The League asks what happened, and he explains that he got injured from the latest windstorm; if they don't do anything about it, millions could die! He asks Bill if there's anything he can do, but as usual, there's nothing Bill can do. The Chief then tells the League that they can leave early today, making them more happy.

That night, Meltman's house, which is revealed to be a roach condo, is the first to suffer from the hurricane. The Mayor's fan pushes the condo into the washing machine, and the Mayor is satisfied with his evil plan: one member down, three to go.

With Meltman's house destroyed by the hurricane, The Flesh invites him to sleep at his house, which is revealed to be made of popsicle sticks. The Flesh is happy to let Meltman stay until the hurricane passes, much to Meltman's relief. Unfortunately, as soon as the two go to sleep, the storm blows apart The Flesh's house and pushes them into the garbage disposal, which The Flesh does not find enjoyable.

At Thundergirl's house, which is revealed to be a dollhouse, Meltman feels like the storm is following him and The Flesh wherever they go. Thundergirl assures The Flesh and Meltman that her house was built to last. Unfortunately, just like the previous two houses, Thundergirl's gets blown away by the hurricane. To add one injury to another, the three get pushed off of the table that held up Thundergirl's house, which then squashes them!

With nowhere else to go, the League flees to Stinky's house, where they tell him that the storm destroyed all of their houses, begging for him to let them in. Stinky, still mad at them for insulting his house, denies. Just then, the Mayor shows up with his fan (revealing to them that he's been the one behind the storm), ready to blow the League away. He sets it to "MED", pushing the League off of the toilet. The Narrator asks the viewers if the Mayor will succeed in his evil plan and if Stinky will be the only one to survive the hurricane, then tells them to stay tuned for part two.

In the second act, The Flesh, Meltman, and Thundergirl hold onto the toilet's handle for dear life as the hurricane tries to push them away. They beg for Stinky to save them. Stinky asks them if they'll spend a weekend at his beach house if he does. At this point, the League is so desperate to do anything for Stinky, who fires a roped life preserver at them, pulls them into his house, and closes the lid as The Mayor sets his fan to "HIGH". However, despite the extra wind power, Stinky's house is too strong to be blown apart. The Mayor, still determined, sets his fan to "TORNADO". Unfortunately for him, this causes the fan to malfunction, rip him to shreds, and eventually die out. After that, the League thanks Stinky for saving them. Stinky insists that it was no trouble, and they're going to love his house on the beach.

Unfortunately for them, it turns out to be a port-o-potty, which The Flesh, Thundergirl, and Meltman are unable to stand the smell of, especially when Stinky serves them dinner downstairs! The League screams for air as the episode concludes.

• Meltman (as the Roaches leave): "Hey, roomies? Where you going? Mandy Patinkin's on Leno!"

• Thundergirl: "Stinky!"

The Flesh: "Help!"

Meltman: "Let us in!"

Stinky Diver: "What do you want?"

Meltman: "The hurricane destroyed all our houses! Let us in!"

Stinky Diver: "But I thought me home smelled like you-know-what!"

Thundergirl: "It does, but we're desperate!"

Stinky Diver: "You've had your chance!"

• The Mayor: "Hey, Action lunk-heads! Say hello to your biggest fan, Me!"

The Flesh, Thundergirl and Meltman: "The Mayor!"

The Mayor: "You were expecting Al Roker? But enough about me!"

• Narrator: "The League, blown away. Stinky's throne, still okay."

• Narrator: "That weekend..."

Thundergirl: "The smell!"

Meltman: "Can't... breathe!"

The Flesh: "Air, please."

Stinky Diver: "Hey, what are you guys doing up here? We're serving dinner downstairs!"

The Flesh, Thundergirl, and Meltman: "HELP!"

Narrator: "The end."

Trivia

• Just before the commercial break, when the Mayor sets his fan to "MED", you can see a hand holding The Mayor's arm.
• The plot is similar to the story of The Three Little Pigs.

Dateline: The moonlit waters of Big Kitchen Lake, where The Chief tries out a dateline of his own.

"Come here, baby, and give me a smoochie!"

"But shnookums, shouldn't we be getting back to shore?"

"Don't worry, sweet little pudding pop. We're in the LOVE boat!"

"Well, I'm getting loveboat sick!"

(vomits) "It's just a little breeze. Here, let me cover you. WHOOAAA!"

"Oof! OW!"

And the UN-NATURAL cause of this natural disaster? "Ha-ha! With my new wind machine, I'm gonna blow the Action League away - LITERALLY!"

We find our heroes at Action HQ, discussing a matter of vital importance.

"Sorry we missed your party last night, Stinky." "Yeah, I hope you didn't go to a lot of trouble."

"Oh, no - not at all!"

Stinky threw a party the previous night, which nobody came to.

"Huh. I guess everyone's a bit late."

"We WANTED to come, but... uh..." "I had to wash my hair." "Uhh, I had to wash my SOCKS!"

"I thought we didn't go because his house is a toilet and smells like you-know-what!"

(clears throat) "Would you look at the time!"

"So me flat smells like you-know-what, eh?! Just for that, I'm NEVER inviting any of youse into my home again!"

"Fine!" "Good!" "What a relief!"

"Chief! What happened to YOU?"

"I got my fanny whacked by another freak WINDSTORM! If we don't do someting, MILLIONS could die!"

"Lab Guy, analysis!" "There's nothing we can do."

"Oh, well... guess that's it for today."

"Whoo!" "All right!" "Yay!" "Half day!" "Down time!"

Later that night...

Meltman's house

"Hey, roomies, where you going? Mandy Patinkin's on Leno!"

"AAAAAAAAAGH!!"

"Looks like one Action moron just found out which way the wind is blowing!" (laughs evilly)

"Don't worry, Melty. You'll be safe here." "You're a REAL pal, Flesh."

"Nighty-night!"

"AAAAAAAAGH!!"

"OOOOOOOOOOW!!"

"Agh! Ugh!"

"NOOOOOOT FUUUUUN!"

"It's like the storm's following us wherever we go." "My house blowed away!" "Relax. This house was built to last..."

"...until today!" "AAAAAAAAGH!!"

"It's a miracle. We're okay!"

"OOOOOOOOOW!!"

With nowhere else to turn, our houseless heroes arrive at Number Two: Lavatory Lane. "Stinky!" "Help!" "Let us in!"

"What do you want?"

"The hurricane destroyed ALL of our houses! Let us in!"

"But I thought me home smelled like you-know-what!"

"It does, but we're desperate!"

"You've had your chance!"

"Oh, no! It's starting again!"

"Hey, Action lunk-heads, say hello to your biggest fan!"

"THE MAYOR!"

"You were expecting Al Roker? But enough about me!"

The Mayor sets his fan to MEDIUM.

"AAAAAAAAAAGH!!" Will the League be blown to bits, or will stinky stay selfishly sealed? Find out on the action-huffed conclusion of Action League Now!

Stinky shoots a life tube...

All of the League finally takes cover in Stinky's house.

"Fools! Your dumper's no DAMPER to me!"

The Mayor sets his fan to HIGH.

"Okay, no more Mister Nice Mayor!"

"Your John is gone! Full power!"

"Uh-oh. Here's trouble."

"OOH! OW! EE! OW!"

"All clear!"

"We made it!" "Thanks, Stinky."

"No problem. You folks are gonna love me beach house!"

That weekend... "The smell!" "Can't... breathe!" "Air, please." "Hey, what are you guys doing up here? We're serving dinner downstairs!" "HEEEEEEELP!" The end.
